I spend about £2.50 in the canteen at work - not bad for a cooked meal.
However a packed lunch of a wrap with cooked chicken and salad plus a yoghurt, and fruit about £1.50
What really adds up is the cups of filter coffee at 42p each. I now share a cafetiere with a friend and we buy ground coffee when it's on offer. Works out to about £2 per week each for about 3 mugs a day. Bargain!

I always take my own bottle of water and sandwiches, so would cost me about 50p- £1.
