I recently done a thorough review of what I spend every month, and was absolutely stunned to realise I spent nearly 8 quid every day on food and drink whilst at work!!! I had thought I'd only spent about 4 quid per day (which in itself is a bit much) but never took into account the sneaky hot chocolate, occasional bottle of coke, mid morning snacks etc.
This has pushed me into action, so I now take my food from home most days, and cut out the little extras. I now rarely spend more than a tenner a week!0 -
I would say I spend bout £1 each day0

I spend nothing, as I only eat breakfast before I go to work and dinner when I get home, I don't eat a meal during the day.0

Thankfully, I work for the NHS which subsidises the canteen food somewhat so a good hearty meal can cost as little as £1.30. Usually, I try and bring my own though...0
