I am generally home for lunch - but I usually have soup and a sandwich, both homemade.
So it probably costs about 50p - 80p for my lunch.0 -
I probably only spend about 50p on my lunch now since I make homemade veggie soup for my thermos, and a couple of slices of bread- all bought from lidl except tesco value stock cubes!
The lunch packing goodies would be useful though, my partner still buys lunch at work (at around £3 a day) unless I pack it for him, and I only have one thermos.0 -
I've recently started working from home so I spend much less maybe £50p -£1 a day, mostly Sandwiches, Soup or Leftover meals.
However this is a big difference from when I used to work in an office where I spent between £4-£5 per day on Lunch - Sandwich (£2.70) - Crisps (30p) - Drink (£80p) - Chocolate/Snack (40p).

I Normally spend under £2 on lunch.:D0

I guess my lunch must cost less than a pound.... 2 slices of homemade granary, spread, slice of ham and pickle + apple... Cheaper than chips0

Sounds good! I eat at home most days, and even with crisps and chocolate it must come in at £1 to 1.50.
Sometimes I get a tin of soup but that's still under £1!:D0 -
I never seem to manage to make up a packed lunch, Im always dashing around trying to find a suitable container. Costing me a fortune in shop bought lunches. Hope one of these will encourage me to make up at home.:T0

I probably spend around £5-£6 every day on lunch! Not a big fan on packed lunches so..:rotfl:0
