From reading the other replys I could save myself at least £15 a week by making my own lunch. I currently spend about £4 a day.0

Yup, I do love food and hate waste!
On average, I spent about £4 every day I go into London (maybe three days a week at the moment) and around £1 on other days when I eat at home.
Fingers crossed for the draw0 -
Probably less than 50p - whatever's in the fridge, and I buy reduced meats then cook, slice and freeze ready for sarnies.0

I spend approx £1.50 per day0

At most £1.
Make them in a batch on Sunday and freeze. Take out of the freezer each day and by lunchtime they are defrosted and ready to eat. Saves time in the mornings too.Jan: Inbetweeners box set; sound asleep pillow. Feb: football; cot bumper. March: wine; pedometer; beauty oil; £500 Kiehl's; Fisher Price Trio; Kettle crisps. April: Maxi Cosi car seat; Hop goodies; spa lotion. May: £50 Visa; book. June: Disney goodies; CD. July: flowers; book. Aug: book; coffee hamper; wii game0 -
I spend about £4 a day on lunch. The best thing about Autumn is that you can scrump apples and pears and they are free! I currently take my lunch to work in a hemp bag, very environmentally friendly... but everything gets a bit squashed. A lunch box would be luxury!0
