I spend £2 - £2.50 a day which is rediculous so win or not I will be cutting down by half from November onwards...when the heating goes on0

I take a sandwich (home made bread filled with egg or tuna, ham or cheese or similar) plus a biscuit or cereal bar from a multi pack, sometimes home made soup or leftovers. Cost is probably 75p to £1.0

About a pound - either vegetable soup or stir fry. Either way, plus an extra £1 or so if there are prawns in the freezer...0

What a really good idea..I spend between 50p and 1.50 a day on lunch, but most days it's the left overs from the night before...waste not, want not!!:A0
