We eat our main meal at lunch, but it's home cooking, and prob my share is £2 or so0

I take a packed lunch and spend about £2.50 a day, this kit would come in very handy0

Between £1 and 1.50 depending on if I make a sandwich to take to work or have a subsidised meal in the dining room. Probably a little more at weekends, especially if we're out.0

I take home made soup to work in a flask
it costs me pennies to make0 -
Lunch costs for me vary - but based on an average I would say £3.25 for work days

I make huge pot of veg and lentil soup on a sunday and take some to work each day in a flask....costed it once for DD homework and its about 35p per portion....can't justify £3 sandwiches so take pack of ryvita or oatcakes . ..and am horrified at fact that although I work at a college, we have a costa coffee on site and students and staff spend up to £2.50 on a coffee!!!! madness0

I bring my own, so less than a pound a day. Cheaper than buying from the canteen by a long way.0

I try and keep it under £1 a day, by freezing any bargains I get and using leftovers wherever possible.0
-
If i am at home i spend less than £1. If I am out and about never more than £50
-
Probably about £1 per day but that involves making sandwiches or taking last nights dinner etc with a yoghurt or fruit etc.0
