Usually about 60p I reckon - home made soup, a chunk of cheese, oat crackers and fruit from the veg box
  • I normally spend about £1.00 on lunch.

    Hi - I spend between £3.50 & £5.00 - when I forget my lunch - which is most days :-(
  • Costs about £1.75 for a home lunch consisting of rolls with a meat filling, a piece of fruit and a glass of orange juice. The pack would be great for days out.
  • Hmm, around £2.50, I think :)

    Hi there,

I estimate my daily lunch bill to be about 75 pence - certainly less than £1.00, although this doesn't include fruit I take for snacks.

  • It varies from leftovers (free) to homemade sandwich to for eg today I had a shop bought sandwich which cost £2.55. It's usually home made or leftovers though. Mind you one day my boss bought me lunch - must have been feeling poorly bless him!

Probably £1-£2 I make my own soup & bread, and also have some fruit.

It used to be around £5 a day on sandwiches and crisps from the food van until I found the Old Style thread, so both my bank balance and my diet are better off now!

Around 75p-£1 depending on what's been reduced...I take a sandwich in a reduced roll(frozen on day of purchase)or leftovers, 1 pk crisps, 1 x apple, slice of HM cake or HM bun/cupcake and either a knock down bargain yoghurt or a couple of crackers and cheese...and if I remember I take some hot chocolate in a little flask. I am DETERMINED not to spend ANY money whilst at work!!!!!!
