I would steer well clear - the suggestion that he "cannot" use the ask seller a question facility seems dodgy to me...

IT IS A SCAMMER. I have just been looking at the previous feedback - they are al US dollar items - there is no way this guy is legitimately selling this car.

Will report him to ebay now....

I would stay well clear. The Canada thing is odd as is the fact that you cannot contact him through e-bay. Why was there not a minimum price set...if you own something you know the rough value of it so why let people bid from £13 unless they are not getting what they think?

This is the same car as in the auction you've linked to in the motoring section? The auction there had a 0 feedback seller. Seems very odd.

Yeah does seem very odd to me that he's reg in Canada and has only every bought, also all the other bidders have no more that 20 FB mostly for buying seems well dodgy, shame would have been a cracking bargin.

Yes, I agree - Steer well clear. It doesn't look legit, and I think the fact that his "Ask Seller a Question" isn't working is a lie as eBay wouldn't remove this for a single user. I think he is making you contact him via his hotmail address so he knows someone is interested and then he will probably keep spamming you or sending you offers for items that don't exist.

Although it doesn't matter when selling, he has had two bid retractions in the past 6 months alone, and he has got a negative feedback saying he didn't pay for something from another user with a very high feedback level.

I wouldn't go near this one - well done gizmoleeds for reporting it to eBay.

Doh sent email earlier saying i'd give hime 4k if it was a genuine sale but i'd need a hpi and engineers report not got anything back from him as yet so the only thing he has got and will be getting of mine is my email addy.
