'Business Reply Service' envelopes

I've had my new cahoot credit card in the post recently and among the contents was a 'Business Reply Service' prepaid evelope addressed to their balance transfer team. That will come in handy, but I was wondering whether I could make up more of them myself - simply by printing them off onto blank envelopes using the format set down.

So is there any reason for not creating your own 'BRP' stationery, and is there any free software one could use for this purpose?
