    Hi ess0two!

Can you explain that bizarre remark with anything other than your strong distaste for anyone/anything that suggests that high prices might not be the permanent, natural order of things? ;)

    Like - facts?

Or do you not 'do' those?

You feel unable to accept the facts posted by chucky. You are only able to rely on your own based views at the time.
You link to quite a few things here within posts and believe them as credible in order to lever your point, whats different.

Me personally i've just bought..................2 days ago, offer accepted etc.

I fell into this place by accident, its been useful but hindersome all the same.

Ah - you bought two days ago.

I don't think I need to say any more.

Not only have you dug your own hole, you've buried yourself in it too.

    Well done you!

Yes - Carol should immediately see a hypnotist and bring her memories into line with what has been trawled up so far from a bit of google searching ...... :rolleyes2 She can't possibly have seen or experienced it herself if it can't be found on an internet search.

for the man that continually starts threads and frequently posts links in his posts I don't think the 'google searching' statement stands up here - so you can't save the day for Carol on this one !!!!!!... but i would say that if you've joined this discussion for personal reasons can we please stay on topic
    please?

These are Halifax calculations - aren't they the 'bible' of the HPC gang along with the Nationwide figures!?

and as for Carol immediately seeing a hypnotist - i'm indifferent.

ndg has just pointed out (politely) to you chucky, that you're talking nonsense - Camden the borough and Camden the local area are 2 different things.

You clearly don't know London at all, or you wouldn't post such rubbish.
