Hi everyone,
I have Orange broadband and I have moved to a new address. After a month they have not yet moved my internet to the new address. Is it true i am entitled to cancel the contract with the incurring fees.
Thank you

Is there an actual reason or fault that is stopping you from being connected? If so then yes, you can. Even if the the reason is only inadequacy on their part you could argue to have your wireless broadband / landline contract voided.
It is just orange being inadequate in doing their job on time. they even sent an engineer to a wrong address last week. I am sure I gave them the right address, at the end of day there is no similarity between 104 and 256.0
