Right now the Argos search is dead - probably due to all the XBOX searches - hehe, also the comet xbox console page is reporting an error.

don't know of a website, but Dixons in PReston had a couple in on Saturday, might be worth ringing your local branch

You and everyone else! I have vouchers for PC World/Dixons/Currys but I really don't think anything is going to turn up before Christmas. Was going to order one from Dixons but they told me I had to order "a package". When I asked why they said it's because they weren't making ANY money on selling just the consoles!! I smiled and left the store. :mad:

Correct me if i,m wrong but wasnt previous xbox launch prices well over £300 in shops. i,m guessing the profit margins are therefore low on core units this time round. Another reason being they havent had much supplies in and trying to be greedy selling packages to compensate for it

Did they actually charge your credit card prior to delivery ? I've ordered twice and failed with two emails saying that I won't be charged but it would be really nice if they turn up.

Drat...emailed gameseek...2 premiums in stock...but I couldn't remember my nochex account details as I've not used it for ages..all gone now..boo hoo!

Gameseek site seems a little amateur to be honest. You click on the nochex link and all it does is take you to a standard payment page.

Looks like the site has been knocked up in 10 minutes !!!

That gameseek link was removed from this thread so becareful. I had a look but it looked dodgy, it did not link to the official gameseek site which is a .co.uk (and they are out of stock), the one on here was something else.
