Hello everyone,
I didn't make it in yesterday. I had a very very strange weekend (watching OH legitimately kissing two other people not withstanding...)
As of next week I go on the phones as a trained Samaritan. I'm terrified but looking forward to it too.
I had my first two day hangover (guess this is officially my mid-twenties now...) Older friends warned me about them...
So, today I have/will
- [strike]check the bank and panic[/strike]
- [strike]find a NS way to celebrate getting a pay rise!![/strike]
- Aiming for NSD (oops, forgot I had to pay someone back £6 for my Avon order)
- [STRIKE]use gym membership[/STRIKE]
- getting my homework done (been putting it off)
- tidy kitchen
- [strike]keep working hard so they don't take my payrise away[/strike]
I hope everyone is as well as can be expected
KTjazz

Morning all,
Well after buying a few Christmas presents at the weekend, hopefully today will be a NSD for me!
Shall/have also:
• Brought breakfast & lunch to work
• Having lasagne donated by my lovely parents :Afor tea tonight
• Paying in £20 (also given to me by my parents:A:A) into bank account so not overdrawn this month.
• Taking faulty lamp back to B&Q for a refund!
• Sort Christmas presents bought at weekend and see who I have left to buy for
• Ordered another voucher from Pigsback as Christmas pressie
• Someone coming to view sofas for sale tonight so hopefully they buy them!
• Wash on eco setting tonight

Also found out me & hubby are getting backpay for payrise from last April in next month's wages so some of that will be saved for new sofas, and some to pay for our new passports we need. Any left over will go towards Christmas and credit card overpayments! Woo hoo! :j

Was meant to do this yesterday but didn't get round to it.

Thanks Andan
My literature review is so very much overdue, I have no real timescale, its just supposed to have been done at the start of the year, but I was so bogged down in the field work, I didn't get it done, giving myself this week to really focus and get butt in gear!!
Just opened a nice letter from the tax credit folk telling me of the underpayment that is due to me (the one they paid me then took back!!!) Nice to see them being so efficient - lol
Sun is shining, younglings playing on the Wii and generally leaving me to it so all good.
Home made soup on using up a plethera of left overs 'soup surprise'
Line dry linen??
Got DS birthday pressie through quidco - woo hooTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

PS my milkman is now delivering us (without being asked) low fat milk, is this a hint???
Having asked for full fat, not sure to be grateful he is thinking about my health or making a statement regarding my need to get back into the clothes that (ahem) use to fit me; therefore aiding my moneysaving by allowing me to wear them again!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
