The whole ethos of this forum is to help and advise. Usually this is done via experience or well placed people who have access and/or knowledge of the situation or at least what direction to point the person in.

Well for all the experienced and well placed people, how many responses addressed the OP's question in relation to the likely outcome of their application.....

Quote: "Has anyone had dealings with them or know what outcome I can expect, as for now I can never enter the States?"

As far as I can see, in amongst the 'D' grade spelling lessons, the dummy spitting and the after the event "you didn't want to do that" responses, only two replies actually bothered to attempt to answer the question. ;)

How can you do this? When I travel across the land border I have to fill out the green card, they take my prints, and ask me all these questions?

Mind you, I have never been arrested and am legitimately visiting the US

you are quite right, previously my friends would just state that they are Canadian at the border, however-
Beginning January 31, 2008, the United States will end the practice of accepting oral declarations of citizenship at the border.
I have a friend in the states who is a bit worried at how she is going to leave as is now there illegally.
