    nice one G&B :T
you have to right click the quote button and choose 'open in a new tab' for all the quotes you want to use - then when you do 'post a reply' go to the tab you want and copy it from the 'edit' menu (doesnt work if you right click and copy) then paste to your reply - hope thats right - and makes sense!!1

thanks-it has worked for me. Wish we could get the little mutiple quote button. Would be so much easier.

might do just practicing multiple quotes.

Well I have had to put the heating on. I am far too cold. DS is meant to be going round a friends house today but think I am going to have to double check with the mummy as I am not sure if it is still happening and would be really upset if there was no-one to pick up DS.

sarah.. if she understands 'punishment' and 'consequences' I'd say she was not allowed to stay hot dinners for 'X' amount of time.. I'd also send a note into school each week saying what days she can and cannot stay hot dinner and I wouldn't be paying it either.. they should have a list of children who are staying dinner and who are packed lunches.. and the school must know she only stays once a week... I must admit though it is quite amusing..

Not sure what the end result will be, but I don't think I should have to pay full whack for that...do you?

They must have known that you only arranged for her to have school lunches on a Friday, so should have made efforts to contact you about her having them on the other days. It's a bit off if you ask me not to let you know earlier - such a huge sum of money to find.
In case anyone missed it before DD3 has downs and is at a mainstream school.

My little nephew is Downs too. The most gorgeous, adorable little boy! I love him to bits (don't see him as much as I would like though but they are coming over for half term next week). He will be going to go to mainstream school too. He's 21 months old and bright as a button.

DD's room now finished, even washed the windows. Room hoovered and all spiders gone (she will be pleased).

Now for the room of doom.
    Back later.

GnB well done on the sale.
Sarah the school should know who takes dinner and what day.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

  • I am sooo disappointed. We went without a holiday this year so that we could save the points for my car. Then they waited until the holiday season had ended to pull the Motorpoint deal. I don't know what to do with my points. So I've dusted them.

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Aww, Christmasshopper - so sorry, don't mean to laugh but that comment about dusting them did make me giggle, at least you've kept your sense of humour... How disappointing for you, and like you say, what a way to do it with no notice... what about having that holiday with them that you didn't have earlier in the year? the sun will def cheer you up a bit...

  • flower - that is one scary list - now take it easy today - remember 2/3 weeks ago when you stole all our motivation and went mad flying for a day you were pooped for the next 3 days - so tortoise not hare today!!

Thanks toots, but don't worry, I seem to have done sweet bu**er all this morning, so no chance of that again... :o I've made a couple of phone calls and that's pretty much it!

I'm going to go and have a bath I think, I need warming up and don't want to put the heating on... Then I'll pick DS up from college and then get stuck in I think...

Just found out my car is a write off - don't know if I'm happy or sad about that really! It means as of tomorrow when the collect the courtesy car I'm without a car until they send the settlement money through - that's gonna be a right pain!!!

OOOH, JUST PUT 60 MIN MAKEOVER ON AND IT'S IN MY HOME TOWN!!! (Lovely place Basildon... Not!)
