    Morning all
I’ve been up for an hour but catching up on the thread. We were out last night, although didn’t stay all that late. Felt a bit old as everyone else there was about 21!!!

Soappie - have you thought about doing your grocery shop online? I didn’t used to like the idea but I love it now, so convenient and easy! I also used to find it hard to let people help me, determined to be a superwoman, but often they actually want to help!

Lil_me – yeah I wasn’t overly keen on the bag’s colour/material at first but its really useful – loads of pockets, easily accessible etc. Packed it last night and easily fits purse, keys, travelcard, a-z, notebook, chewy bar(gotta have one in case I get stuck somewhere with no food!), headache pills, mooncup, tissues and still seems v light.
In terms of DS liking to make things, I bought my godson a book called ‘365 things to make and do’ from a book people sale at work, and he loved it.

Greenbee – might take you up on a cake tin or two…could do with a set of 2 victoria sandwich ones if you happen to have any? I had some in the distant past but they must’ve got lost in one of my many moves.

Hex how annoying about the keyboard. I hate it when things get broken.

Michelle – well done on the party,

Library books – remember when you renew online or by phone they are only renewed from the day you renew them, I thought it was from their due date and got stung for nearly a fiver in fees!

Greenbee – I was tempted to go to the meet too, I could’ve met you somewhere en route, I’m not committed to the in laws for lunch! I’m def up for a southern meet, I’m in Croydon so would prefer London but can travel further if that’s the consensus.

Right, am gonna get another cuppa and watch last night’s casualty and post a little list. Miserable day here. Hope all you on the meet have a great time.

    Morning

I haven't caught up yet but i'll do that quickly now.

HHC 9.30 - 10.00? If anyone wants to join me, i'm going to do it in Ds2's room.

    So far today i have

    Made the beds
    Collected laundry
    wm x 1
    Put laundry away
Put clean towels in the bathroom
    Showered & dressed
    Ds2 dressed
    S & S Bathroom & Kitchen
    Bm on
    Bolognaise in SC
    Washed dishes
    Emptied bin.

Ds2 is driving me mad, we've got a gate on the kitchen, the bottom of the stairs and his bedroom. He's broken the two downstairs so he can get through the gaps and he can open the one on his bedroom door. So every two minutes i'm getting him back down the stairs or out of the kitchen. Now i've put him in his room and he's got out and is messing up my room. I've done the naughty step but he doesn't care it's constant.

    Good morning everyone.

Hope everyone going to the meet has a safe journey and a brilliant time.

Im sitting here laughing at a mental image of pigpen and Triker in disguise sneaking up to everyone. Big hats and sunglasses come to mind.

    Hoover throughout.
    Dust living room.
    Put recycling in the bin.
    Check payslip.

Having a go at one of Jamie Olivers recipes later. but first another cuppa methinks and a read of the paper.

  • Morning All.

Hope that everyone on the met has a great time and don't get too wet.

Well have managed to do all my ironing already. Started it at 7am ;) I wish that DS and DD new they could have an extra hour in bed.

I am of out later to see Nemo on Ice so should be fun. Making sure that DD and DS will be dressed as it sounds like it is here with a vengeance.
