I could be in disguise... I have gloves.. SSssshhhhhh.... Hope you enjoyed your girl-less evening.. you aren't here so I know you are doing! lol :p

Funny you should mention that............ I was thinking the same meself.....heehee....great minds an all.

Mmmmmm lets have a think bout it.

And yes you were right about what we got up to tonight whilst the girls were'nt here............Thats right we've been rocking all over the front room.:D

Noooooooo, not doing THAT,we've been playing Legends of Rock on the Wii complete with guitar(OH'S birthday pressie), it's been a right laugh. I failed miserably to hit hardly any notes on the guitar and got booed off stage about 5 times.

OH managed to get all the songs on the first level done and also got to do an encore.

And yes I am aware that I'm 40 years old and he is 47 but it was really funny :rotfl:, you'll have to come and play.:T

    Morning All

Been up for a while and caught up with the thread and loaded the WM.

Thinking about doing some ironing as I'm going to be out all day today - I could take it with me - as a present for Valli - then arrange to collect it later in the week - she'll enjoy that - we know how much she likes ironing!:D

Think I'll do a quick HHC first - on my own as I know everyone else will be in bed - then maybe a HHI!

Right I'm off to empty my bins - only because the one in the LR is staring at me and is full!

    Catch you in a bit

I'll carry on talking to myself!

I've cleared a hotspot in the LR which involved fillingand emptying the shredder, filled the recycling bag and another bag of rubbish!
    Emptied all the bins.

Going to do another HHC now starting with emptying the WM and stuffing it all in the TD as it's chucking it down here!

I'm not dressed yet ashia - just trying to do some bits before we leave - we're leaving about 9 as we're going to Meadowhall first and I'm pretty sure I won't be doing anything when we get back tonight!

My house is a tip anyway so any headway I make is a help. I'm hoping to go some way in getting it sorted this HT but I think I say that every holiday so we'll see!

I think I need to seriously declutter but DD hoards things and I'm just as bad!

Anyway, I suppose I'd better do a HHI or else DH will have no clothes for work. He will iron them himself but he's still in bed at the moment and as he's driving today there's not going to be a lot of time!

    Morning all

Piddling down with rain here this morning. DiL forgot about the clocks going back so was up an hour too early! I'm glad I mentioned it now - she would have turned up at work too early!

Don't know what I'll do today. The urgent housework was done yesterday so it's really just the dailies that require doing. I need to finish that presentation but apart from that, I can't think of anything else to do apart from a pile of ironing ~sigh~ so maybe I'll just do that.... If the weather actually clears up I might take the dog out for a drive and walk.

Good luck with the meet today peeps - do let us know how you get on.

    Morning all

Oooo I suspect it maybe a little quiet here today because of the meet up. Wish I could have gone but its to far for me down in the sunny south. Actually it's a very wet south this morning.

Haven't caught up with the thread yet. Still on page 66 I think.

No weekend off for me. The house desperatley needs my attention. But it's only going to get it in little pottering type spurts today.

Hope those meeting up have a great time. And keep an eye out for the two undercover flyladies:rotfl:

Catch you all in a bit.

    Morning all

I had such a good sleep last night I never heard W climb in bed beside me. Before A was born I always slept well, since she was born I have been a lighter sleeper and since DH died I hardly seem to sleep at all. The slightest noise seems to wake me and there is so much swilling round in my mind all the time that it never seems to switch off and just sleep. So it was most refreshing to realise I had slept until 9am this morning!

Valli it looks like we might have some interlopers this afternoon!

Would be great if anyone else can make it, pigpen/triker I will PM my mobile so if you decide to come you'll be able to find us!
