It's completely understandable... when I had my whiplash I claimed for physio on my health insurance and left them to deal with my car insurance company. The important thing is to get the treatment, and let the physio advise you as to whether to make a further claim.
Remind the people who are commenting that there are two very different things meant by whiplash - one is short-lived but unpleasant effect of being badly jarred (and not having your headrest set up properly!) which you'll get over (fingers crossed this is what you've got, it's what I had), and the other is a much more serious chronic injury with long-term, often permanent effects on your ability to live a normal life (hence the payout over and above the treatment for the acute phase).
don't worry about the house being a mess, remember, your a flylady, you can get it back up to scratch in no time!
And as for your DS, he'll get there eventually. Boys do. Admittedly usually just after they need to, but they do manage it!

Greenbee - can't up my night usage - w/m and d/w on timer everynight, only use tumbler about 20 minutes a fortnight. We have regular gas heating.
My supplier recons 15% for E7 but I think that is too low. The rates are all so confusing especially as my current one has standard charge and lots of the others don't. I've done energy line quotes so will try another tomorrow.
? If I switch do I use a comparison site or cashback - never had much luck with quidco only pigsback. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

In that case, you're probably better off asking to come off E7. As you'll keep both meters but add the figures together (for most suppliers anyway), you'll soon work out if you should be changing back. E7 isn't usually supplied to households that have gas, because they don't have the need for such large amounts.
You should find that if you do all the comparison sites listed on MSE you'll get a consistent top result, so it should be clear who to go for. Apparently its worth going through a cashback site (what have you got to lose?) although I've never used them - I thought I might try for my house insurance this week) - again, what do you have to lose?
Chances are, your best bet will be a dual fuel online tariff of some kind, as these are the cheapest for the suppliers to service, so tend to have the best rates. PM me if you get confused and need more help.0 -
Thanks Greenbee - as heating has been off for 3 hours now I'm a bit chilly! I'll do some more tomorrow and may need to take you up on your kind offer.
I just have one E7 meter with digital 2 rate display on it.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!
No weekend list.. I don't care if you can't function without one.. I am FORCING you to have the 2 days off.. start of half term for some and end of half term for others so a much needed couple of days off.. especially for me...
You are kidding me aren't you? I've got no chance! I need to finish this ECA by Monday and get it printed and ready to post :eek::eek: I'm still only a third of the way through it!!! (Dare I mention that the ironing pile hasn't been touched so DD hasn't got any clean, wearable uniform for school, or her brownie uniform - which includes me still needing to sew a badge on the sash - ready for next week, neither of which she has worn this week:o ooppps)
I'm going to bed! :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
