Are Aquarian's supposed to be organised then? My dad's an aquarian, and the most messy, disorganised person in the world.

Morning everyone
Pigpen you spoke my heart again-just needed to hear it from elsewhere as my head keeps trying to butt in.
Have done all the dailies (and extras I noticed) before coming on here...and realised Im just about done with the list:j
Have visitors coming at about 11 this morning so will pop out now to get some bits for tea.

I know I can find other stuff to do but one of the reasons one of the friends is coming by is to pick up a bunch of old clothes that were DS's-much more than a 32 fling in that lot...Im hoping to empty at least one suitcase which will free some space for hallway cupboard stuff to move to loft:j

we were discussing Aquarian females...it was just a hunch because Nicki seems so like DD! Haven't met many Aquarian males...
My youngest is an aquarian I think - 3rd Feb. Hope this bodes well for her being more organised than her elder sister! (Leo I think - 20th August)

Morning Polka - you feeling a bit better hun? (you weren't well...last week?)
you were on my mind when I woke up re your step bro's wedding - him and his ma sound a right pair!
If I ever get a wedding invitation that asks me for a deposit I think I would decline on principle! It's hardly in the spirit of the occasion, is it? Yes weddings CAN be expensive but equally they can be special without spending a fortune...and there are lots of ways to cut down...while I abhor the idea of asking guests for deposits I do think that allowing guests to make contributions eg making the wedding cake as the gift (obviously you in mind there hun) flowers, providing cars... but sometimes that is offered as a gift rather than requested by the bridal couple...
Sounds like you have a good time planned there...what are you watching? DD and I love romcoms...her favourite is 'How to lose a guy in 10 days'...I bought it for her reduced for £3 a couple of years back (Jan birthday=sale bargains) and was 'hugging myself inside' as I could hardly wait to see her face when she opened it...the pleasure of gift giving...I can still remember her expression...
so we all had a lovely trip this summer to see Mamma Mia - Mum, me & DD and we ALL loved it.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

You can bat away!:p
20th August was my grandmother's birthday - she was absolutely NOT a hoarder...and very houseproud. She wore a nylon overall in the house to keepher clothes clean...and made all our peg bags!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm just doodling on here rather than actually doing anything. I'm so tired - DD wasn't feeling well, very bad tummy ache, so I sat up with her for an hour from 1am, and I'm now shattered...
DS2 delivered to school under huge protest (which fell on uncaring ears...;)mean mummy). DS1 still asleep. DD still asleep. OH about to leave for work. Maybe I could just go back to bed - except I know I'll feel worse, I can't do daytime sleeping unless I'm really ill.
I think I'll go do the washing up, and then the weekly shopping. I have to do it today, because I completely forgot that I'm supposed to be at a meeting at Coventry tomorrow (for some reason, I though it was the second weekend of halfterm.) I had considered staying overnight, and then coming up to the meet, but I have to be somewhere else on Sunday afternoon - have a good time there ladies!
pigpen - now that's a list I can also really do with this week, as I've done nothing else all week except the washing mountain. Your alarm clock sounds just like me trying to get my teenagers out of bed in the morning! It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Morning ladies (and Tom(run while you still can))
Just caught up on the thread, spent all last night alternating between dozing in bed and making a mad dash for the bathroom. Apparently i do a very passable impression of the exorcist:o Feeling soooo ill, think i may go back to bed now. Hubby has deposited small child at after school for me so i'm getting peace. Bleurgh...The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
