Lily I have just read that school dinners are allowed shall I put them on? just not sure.
I dont think I will be given an IPA unless he really pulls me down to starving. All my figures for utilities are what I pay and can be proved. Will stick up my SOA shortly for you to see, and my incomings dont want to mess this up.
Have to now go to Building Society to take out the £fiver put in in 2005 and close the account! Barclays can keep the £6 in the ISA! san feri anne!(sp) to that one. At least I have not had stacks of listing on that section as only 2 bank accounts held in the last 2 years and NO credit cards only solo card and electron.
Right off to close this account and will be back to stick up the SOA and probably ask a load more questions, but you know i dont feel as down as I did yesterday and feel I am getting there at last! Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0 -
I saw that too about school dinners. You can but try. I have to go to work now. Will try to check back in later and scan over the SOA, but you'll already have enjoyed the laser-eyes of the experts here and it does sound as though you've got everything nicely under control. Good luck tomorrow if I don't make it back today.

ps groping for vague memory of French O'level, I think it's "sans faire rien"!0 -
Well done did not take French to that level, lived in France for a year and still cant speak the language although my two elder kids can! They had to learn they were in school there, so they did all the talking for me!
Will leave it on and post it up here shortly. If he/she takes it off so be it.
Thank you again Lily without this site some of us would go nutty, more nutty that we are already!
Closed the building society account was not asked why, my fiver had made me 24 pence in 3.5 years whoopie do. that will help pay for the taxi in the morning to the court. Cannot rely on the bus and cannot park anywhere or I would drive in, well you can but at a rate much higher than a taxi, will bus back though.
Then had the problem of £6.45 left in NatWest and have put nil on forms, so went in tesco extra (which I normally avoid as they charge 20 odd pence more on things than the main one) and bought 20 B&H and a lighter and guess what it came to £6.45 exactly how about that for a bit of luck. So that is two more things out of the way. I am getting there!
Be back with the SOA shortly for you nice people to look over for me.

Right firstly thank you to Skylight, you have been great on this school dinner business, but by it being brought up it has highlighted my child tax credits and working tax credits being paid 4 weeks and not calendar monthly so need to sort that out as I have put it on wrongly then.
I get child benefit weekly by giro so that was easy to work out, just 18.80 x 52, divided by 12 + £81 is that correct?
Off to get my SOA on here now.

Earnings 881
Child Allowance 82
Maintentance 99
Child/Working Tax Credits 365 (see query on this below please)
Mothers contribution 150
TOTAL £1577
Okay looks like I had the Tax credits wrong thanks to a conversation with Sky I have realised before printing off the forms. I had put £337 but forgotten it si 4 weekly. So I have calculated the £337 over 13 months to get a figure of £4381 and then divided that by 12 to get a figure of £365 is this correct please!
Outgoings
will copy these over as well.
Anyone know what car tax and repairs would be? and would include MOT in it as well? this online form really is pants on where you put things. as this bit asks for house/life insurance cat tax and repairs to all go in one lump sum. Just not sure on what repairs should be on a 8 year old car? Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0 -
Okay maybe I need to start a new thread for my FINAL SOA, then I can finish up the forms.
I would like to thank everyone here for their assistance all the way through this, without you all I would have gone under. In the coming months I hope I can assist other people going through this ordeal. Some Days are Diamonds Some Days are Stones,Sometimes the hard times won't leave meBSC 162:beer:Banktupt 22 Oct 2008 at 10am!0
