Crikey the household going out section is no better, lumped together are life or household insurances, car tax, repairs, does not say car insurance! hell will just add them all up will have to explain it to the OR when I met him or her.

Right now I feel like filling them in manually I can tell you!! There is no areas to explain things until the final blank pages maybe I will break down the amounts there so there is no doubt as to what is being paid to me from benefits same on outgoings! what a malarky this is! can see me here til midnight and again tomorrow as well!

Oh thank you Five Year Plan, I have the hard copy I got from the court and took 10 photocopies of it just in case! it has already gone down twice on the net! so realise I need a back up in case as you say it has happened to people I am pleased I had the foresight to ask the court to send me a copy.

THANK god for you FYP will now go and take those cards off the bit under credit cards and just leave it as the two bank accounts Nat West and Co Op opened two weeks ago on the great advice on here.

FYP it says debit, cash dispenser as well as credit cards do I take it that Solo and Electron do then go on this section??

yep, put all your cards in that secition. I put my new cashminder card down and they have been fine with that account, they said its up to the bank!

With your outgoings, in the box put all the other individual things down like car ins, contents ins, and then put the total of all these amounts in the box. Thats what I did and its seems to have been ok!

It is a horrible form though, not the easiest to get on with xx

How right you are CB, having a deadline means you have to get it done.

It is a horrible form, and even worse when I find two of my creditor albeit the same bank have been added together, so it now shows a lump sum which includes overdraft and loan, this was done under the IVA. bloody hell.. sorry for swearing but taken me ages to sift through and wonder why I began with 8 and on the final statement from PP only have 7!! thank god it was not midnight or I may have been to tired to even notice.

Thanks Sunny, so once I reach the bottom of the ones they list (cannot imagine why they list car tax but not insurance.. senseless that ! no TV licence either. ) put the others in and then put the amounts beside them and then add it up..

Will stick the SOA in here later when I have finally finished it. Tonight I HOPE.:j

Got all the info on the pension other than what it is worth, that will take 8 weeks so will put that on the blank extra pages. Also got the tax office address. So those two now done and out of the way.

So what is left OH YES why did I get in to debt.. bliss filling that out I Dont think!

Im in the same boat as you, left a bulk of the forms till today (Monday) been on and off of this wonderful forum all day with bits of advice and am just stopping now. Your thread has been most helpful, im due in court 10am wednesday :eek: and really worried, have not eaten and run my hands through my hair about 150 times. helps logging into this forum though everyone is so helpful and friendly.

Hi Kot, I am in one hour before you then, 9am what an early time, hope my brain is working! I have promised myself I will eat Wednesday! although I may feel too sick to even after the event.

I think alot of us leave it til the last moment to do this, and knowing my luck the printer wont work! but at least I can simply now copy it onto the hard copy, which I pray I dont have to do, with ME writing is a big bad struggle.

Hopefully we will be back here sighing huge sighs of relief on Wednesday afternoon!

Hope it all goes well K... only two more sleeps, well NO sleeps as the case it with me, I hope I sleep like a log Wednesday night is all I can say.

Back to the forms and these damn companies who have bought them, changed all the original reference numbers.. so two are totally muddled up now, as they are so similar I have no idea which one is which, more to add on the blank pages, which I have not found yet.

The last bit called legal was a doddle to be honest with you, thought they were asking if I was IN and IVA which I was, but they are not, so it was all NO NO NO.. and completed.

So the creditors to finish, the bit on why I am in this mess to compose, in plain language NO waffling as they say on here, and then my SOA and wage page to complete.. so maybe midnight tonight and not 1am like last night.

Anyone who thinks BR is a breeze or even insinuates it is, is either mad or never been through it!

In case I'm not around, good luck for Wednesday. I did the forms online, but did screen prints of SOA so I could write down what all the lump sums were for - came in very handy when speaking to the OR :grouphug:

Hi Merry I remember reading all your thread and how helpful that was, I came here in June when told over the phone the IVA would fail, it took til Sept 3 to get the documents that it had. Which gave me time to get the money etc.

Okay will now take screen caps of the SOA, when you printed it how many copies will it allow you to print? Hope the blessed printer works.. SON get it in here now please! yells stressed mother!:A

My problem Merry is that the loans were all so long ago I have not got a clue which each was spent on other than my car. Credit cards I only had two and have put them down as clothes, petrol and day to day living, as what else can I put all this time later!

Loans, I can remember what the first one went on, but that was then upped and now shows as a much higher loan, have no idea when upped either, so I am winging it really:A dont get me wrong I have told no lies, my Income and Expenditure is as it is, Gas and electric what I actually pay each month, and water, and rent and council tax. No point lying on things like that.

I hope someone is around later or tomorrow to take a look and let me know it all looks okay... hell this is no easy road to walk down, but one I hope will make me feel better this time next week or month or even year.

Back to the creditors bit now, the IVA has made this hopeless as I have no idea what the amounts are now that are owed.. so will again have to explain that to the OR, god I hope he/she is an understanding soul!:rotfl: they will need to be!:eek:
