im on 3 network

ive been on 3 for last 3years,recently my calls have been dropping,i cant make calls,my internet on my fone at times dont work,ive sent in my fone for repair still having same problems,do i have rights to cancel my contract? anybody help me please?

Well unless you've renewed your contract (i.e. you've had an upgrade or been offered a retention deal) then you should be out of contract and can cel at anytime with 30 days notice.
