Co-Operative Bank - Free airport lounge pass

Hi Folks,
I am considering moving my account from First Direct to The Co-Operative Bank. I have been considering them for a while due to their impressive ethical stance but have also noticed that their packaged current account includes free airport lounge passes.
I am very close to hitting the 'apply now' button but would be grateful for any comments others have with regards to their service and internet banking.
Many thanks!

Hubby and I have been with the Co-op for over 25 years have a current account and credit card, great service and internet banking. We have never encountered any problems.0

Good to see the bank touting itself as the ethical choice doing its bit to encourage us all to lower our collective carbon footprint...#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET

I've just done a swap into Co-operative Bank and was pleased with everything (except that when I made the change they didn't ask me to transfer any money then, and so I had to make a quick transfer in order not to go into overdraft with the direct debits coming off on 17th of the month and salary going in - which they knew - on 25th of the month).
But - they have an offer if you do this in branch and open the Co-op Plus account (no extra cost but you must put in £800 a month) of £100 cashback. I'd check this out.
I didn't know about the free airport pass. I can't find out anything about this, could you send a link, please? I moved for the £100 cashback.

The free airport lounge pass comes with the "Traveller" configuration of the Co-Op Bank's Privilege Premier paid-for current account.#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET
