when I click on the linke - the deal appears - but the linke brings up a affiliate referring to hydra...when you go on the laitwaites site direct you cant find this offer - so getting via quidco may be difficult

I've got better wines cheaper at Tesco when they were having their 50% off. Don't get conned into buying these nasty cases of mixed wines. Its usually a variety of the worst ones they have. I'd rather actually pick a wine that I like, rather than buy a case where I may like a few, but not all.

Compared to what I normally drink I bet these wines are the epitome of luxury

edit: I can't see them sending you a load of !!!!!! on your first cheap order - the idea's to hoik you in and convince you to continue your subscription!

I've yet to have even a half-duff bottle from Laithwaites, let alone anything even approaching "nasty". They're very consistent, usually well above average, and you get to try stuff you won't have had before, or isn't produced in sufficient quantity to get into a supermarket. Don't confuse them with the more hit-and-miss suppliers like Virgin.

With all the voucher codes kicking around you can also get decent Laithwaites cases for less then £50.

I've got to agree - Laithwaites quality seems to be far better than Tesco's. I'd say Tesco's are far more likely to dump a load of mediocre wine in a 'sale' than Laithwaites - but you have to look at what's available at the time you're buying!

I have "4 seasons" through the Times wine club which is just the Laithwaites under a different name. The wine is very good.

They advertised on TV earlier today with a better deal than this but I did not take note as I am already a member.
