Lapland New Forest Scam. How to get money back...

It has just been on BBC South Today, and they had a section of a radio interview with Henry Mears (apparently one of the organisers?). He basically said people should have been happy to "just walk around" (??) and that they're going to put in more grottos to relieve the queues for Santa.

i,don't usually reply to forums but had to add my reply to the many about lapland new forest.Nothing like the advert.Nothing like lapland uk where i went last year which although not perfect wsa magical.Lapland new forest ,barely any snow no magical tunnel of lights,no husky rides no xmas market.Toys from a local market stall?even legal apart from a few filthy shrek toys.Spoke to the security guard before we left he said he had had 1500 complaints saturday & 1500 by lunchtime yesterday,he was embaressed to be associated with it & like us had been fooled by the website.We left without father xmas visit or toys just stayed long enough to get photos for evidence.HAve spoken to trading standards,the Echo,Meridian news,Watchdog.Just to let you know i have a different address to the other respondant which i got from royal mail by tagging their po box no.Postcode on there website is incorrect,informed by consumer direct you need to send recorded delivery letter asking for refund to proper address not po box,as well as notifying your credit card co to set up a dispute.

Probably is having problems with traffic thanks to the BBC news story going online.

Nope - the website has disappeared!!! Possibly the guy who created it pulling the plug to save his reputation as a web designer??? or Lapland New Forest Ltd have disappeared along with our cash???!!! Fortunately, I had printed all the pages off (to send to credit card co. as prove of mis-selling) as I had a suspicion that would happen...

What Do You Do If You Paid By Debit Card I Really Dont Want To Go We Have Tickets For 24th Dec And It Was Meant To Be Magical I Would Like My Money Back I Believe They Are A Brighton Based Company And I Live In Brighton So If I Dont Have Much Luck By Phoning I Will Go To The Address And Politley Ask For My Refund As I Would Any Shop But Seriously Can You Help With The Debit Card Issue
