Earlier in this thread thunderstruck1986 the past history of the Company Secretary was given which showed that he is a black belt in folding his companies.

The first attack is to attempt to get your money back from your credit/debit card company. The standard of proof is likely to be less stringent when half the country (and even California I hear) have seen what a pile of cack it all is. Even their website doesn't conform to UK legal requirements, and one would have thought that a professional webmaster might have a clue.

The next way is to find irregularities, if they exist, in the company which may point to negligence in the manner in which their accounts have been allowed to operate. The apparent multiple personality disorder is a hint at what may underlie this company's existence.

I think that expecting the company to play fair is probably a longshot. By the time you draw up your cannon the company will have disappeared. The bank is a better target and, if pressured, they will make sure the money stays put where you can reach it.
  • they got jobs going if you want a fast way to get beaten up

  • My grandchildren (Ten of us in total) are due for a visit to this "Attraction", next weekend and are now very dubious about traveling two and a half hours to this abysmal con. My wife paid for this by cheque as it all looked a bit dubious in the original literature. Trying to book tickets was a nightmare and my wife was very concerned about giving them credit card details over the internet, so we decided to deliver the cheque to the address on the leaflet. It was at 11A Coombe Road, Brighton; only a half hour drive from where we live. (The full address is on the Echo news section on mumsnet?) We were greeted by a stunned looking young lady who seemed very uncomfortable with the fact that we had turned up at her home to pay for the tickets. She seemed bewildered that we had actually got their address and delivered the cheque by hand. We were concerned at her reaction, but relieved when our tickets arrived about ten days after.
My wife is convinced that she was the "Receptionist" she spoke to when booking the tickets. They were so well organized that they sent us another set of tickets in the post, which we returned to them.
I must say that to me it all looked very dodgy from the start, a fantastic looking venue, organized from a private house in Brighton, with a receptionist who would have preferred us not to have darkened her doorstep. She said that they weren't expecting house callers. We thought there would be many people visiting them to make payment. As we paid by cheque, it's very doubtful if my wife will ever see her money returned.
The big question is whether this "Attraction" is still in business, and should we decide to waste valuable money on fuel by visiting it, is it likely to have been shut down by Trading Standards when we get there.
Anyone fancy getting up a few busloads of disgruntled visitors to pop round to Coombe Road?

Having just looked on a Google Map, I've just realized that we didn't take our cheque to Coombe Road, but to the Onslow Road address in Hove. Sorry for the incorrect information. :o

    That information is priceless Eatonwillie

I'm not a brain surgeon or a rocket scientist, but you don't need to be either to work out what's going on here.

Let me speak to the Bankruptcy Enforcement people tomorrow and I think I can explain to them what's happening and light the blue touchpaper under their rears.

I'm just so dammed nasty. :D

When standing it is normal for huskies to carry their tails down as I have said before most of these dogs were purchased from one of the uks top kennels, the current breed standard was written around a dog from this top uk kennel.
The RSPCA have vetted the dogs and confirmed that they are in top condition. I to have owned and bred Siberian Huskies for 20 years.

LIES! Another random new poster... The dogs are NOT in top condition. I won't go into details but I can assure you that I know that for a fact. They are in ACCEPTABLE condition which means they have access to food and water.

Btw I certainly didn't mean to 'thank' your post.

    From BBC News

Adrian Wood worked in the security hut at Lapland New Forest which opened on Friday on the Hampshire-Dorset border. He said he resigned after seeing a family take their mother out of a hospice to make the most of what could be her last Christmas.

Even if you ignore what the customers think (which seems to be what the company are doing) - listen to what the staff think.
