Broadband Service Status from BT

If you are having problems connecting to broadband and are quite sure it is not your computer, it may be worth checking HERE (scroll down to the lower part of the page) as BT seem to provide a list of areas that are experiencing problems with connections to the Internet. They also give a freephone number (0800 169 0199) which you can call to listen to the latest service status (which is probably more useful if you can't get online!!). Maybe worth bookmarking just in case. Hope it is of help.
