students inheritance

hi,
My daughter has received £20,000 inheritance which she wants to save for future in a risk free savings plane. I am unsure where the best place is to put thismoney.Any advice?

    I don't think her being a student makes a lot of difference to the research she should do: if she's not paying tax at present but expects to do so in the next few years then that might be significant. But the best place to look for general advice on this site is here, and if you then want to ask any questions the best place for that would be there.
