Sorry but I honestly don't think that theres any need for a sarcastic comment like the one you've posted above!!!. I was simply trying to help the OP by answering their question. If you look on The Gas and Electric Board you'll see a thread I started last night about customers phoning call centres and then being abusive to staff who are only trying to do their jobs and help customers. Can I suggest that before making comments like the one above that you read my thread because people like myself who work in call centres for the utility companies do their best to try and help people with their queries regardless of whether or not the price of oil is rising or falling and we get an awful lot of abuse from people whom we are trying to help.

If you go to edit you can delete the unwanted post - You might as well delete both for all the notice that will be taken - its his style and your reaction is what gives him his 'kicks'.0 -

Welcome to this board. Please ignore the board troll who thinks that any energy company employees are born of the devil. Most sensible posters have put the troll on ignore, that way we only ever see any of his posts that have been quoted by others.
NB. if you click on Edit, you can delete duplicate posts etc. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
Thanks guys, I appreciate the support particularly because I've had an especially horrible week at work. Wish people who contact energy companies would realise that we are just employees who are trying to do their jobs and help resolve their problems and that we share many of the same problems and worries as them. Its a particularly tough time for energy company employees at the minute I'm afraid!!!!loobylou2.Proud to be dealing with my debts and aiming to sort out the mess in 2013!!!!:eek:0
