My experiences are all good. I have always been paid out my cashback both to my bank account and credited to my airtme account. This is on 3 separate contracts and they have always paid me my referrals. Getting through to customer service takes a while though but luckily I only had to ring once.0

be aware that many cashbacks from them are airtime cedits, which means that the final cashback (month 12) is only any use to you if you continue the contract beyond month 120

hi,
i haven't had a problem with them...yet! i've never had to ring them either, and i have received my cashback on time.Respond to every call that excites your spirit.0 -
I, and other family members, have used them quite a bit and never had any problems.
It does take time for the money to come through but that seems to be the case with all the firms in this market!!!0 -

I have a 3 contract which is in it's last three months of a 12 month contract.
Does this mean I will loose my £75.00 cashback if I cancel in month 11? Therefore I would be better to give 4 weeks notice in month 12 - after the final cashback?
Look like 3 have got me into paying an extra £30 which reduces the final cashback down to £45.00
That will give me another 500 x min + 100 texts to use for a month I suppose....0 -
Just ordered an O2 pay as you go phone from them today (Nokia 3220) which comes with a free car kit, and free Royal Mail Special Delivery, for just £49.99.
I'm hoping to get 10% cashback from Egg/WH Smith as Dialaphone operate WH Smith's mobile phone department...
Fingers crossed!
PS I did notice something strange on the email order confirmation. It said they reserve the right to charge £30 to the credit card used in the order if the airtime credit supplied with the phone is not used in 60 days. Odd!0 -
Used them a few times with no problems. Only issue I had is that they didn't use to offer number portability, but looking at their site now, this appears to have been resolved (at least for some networks).I really must stop loafing and get back to work...0

I cancelled right at the end of calendar month 11, got my bill as normal and claimed from DAP successfully.
Contract was something like this:
1 Aug 2004 - Took out contract
1 Jul 2005 - Rang for my PAC code
20 Jul 2005 - Gave O2 my PAC code
30 Jul 2005 - Contract ended, number switched to O2
11 Aug 2005 - Received bill and posted it to DAP
25 Aug 2005 - DAP credited my account
(All dates are educated guesses)
Incidentally in the final month, your line rental is reduced because you have already paid for it in advance0
