thanks for your sympathy! I understand what you are going through it's so frustrating. The C.S.A got the liability order against my ex on February 29th this year - a memorable date. He didn't turn up for the hearing. Once the C.S.A made the application to the courts for the hearing it took nearly three months for the hearing to happen. My ex didn't take it seriously, he won't until he is in prison - maybe yours will take heed. Keep strong and keep going x

oh i bet you wonder why you shared your DNA now! ;) i know i do about my ex! some men should be.....well it involves two bricks.....anyway mine is getting his first recorded delivery debt letter today then 7 days and another one then 14 days and another one and so on......

i spoke to my ex mother in law (charming woman :rotfl: ) i am trying to keep my kids in contact with someone on that side of their family, and naturally its all my fault i am using the kids as a weapon etc etc i drove him to not supporting the children etc etc apparently because he won't organise any contact with me he expects the children age 15 and 11 to phone him, not the other way round, because they dont phone him 3 times a week that is my fault....rather than him working away all the time and being hostile abusive to them when he sees them.....you reap what you sow in my opinion.

I have seen the other side as my OH is a wonderful dad pays 3x his maintenance assessment to his ex and is desperate to share care and would love 50/50....
    Every Penny's a prisoner :T
