    Was it this one?

If so, the Technical Information Sheet states which countries it is intended for.

If it was a different one, please post the link.

The link is not relevant, please read the original post as to the site the purchase was made from (.co.uk) the currency and the fact everything about the site and product was related to the UK. The DG834GUK is for the UK, I was shipped a DG834GFS which ain't a UK model, that and the fact that what was advertised was a router yet the box says reuteur with no other English on it.

Of course the DG834G is intended for use in multiple countries but your post I feel is attempting to 'stir' a situation of obvious false advertising.

The link is relevant, as the technical description clearly states which countries the device is intended for. If you bought one of the other ones on their website, the situation might be different as they don't state the intended country.

    Is the router:

    a) not as described
    or
    b) not what you wanted.

If it is 'a)', then you are entitled to refund of the purchase price, delivery and return costs

If it is 'b)', then you are entitled only to a refund of the purchase price under their Terms & Conditions. You've only got 7 days from the day of delivery, so don't lose your chance.

If you ordered the one in my link, then the answer is likely to be 'b)'.

Please provide a link to the one you bought, if you think the answer is 'a)'

So far, the evidence you have provided indicates a mistake on your part and not false advertising. Please convince us otherwise by providing proof.
