lula thinks that if rubgy players want to kick the ball, they should go play football ... have they all forgotten how to run ?
frustrated bump0 -
Horace thinks that the England Rugby Team should learn to play cleanly rather than the dirty play that they are doing at the mo - she hopes that they win the wooden spoon.
Well I am pleased to say that the carwash today (from 10-4) raised £1439.95 and £300 of that money was given to the Fire Service Benevolent Fund as a thank you for letting us use their equipment (they have these clever car washes for wetting the vehicles on their way into the yard and when they left to clean off all the suds). Can't wait for the next one when I have said that I will dress up in my bunny girl outfit:eek: and stand at the side of the road.
Well I am off to watch this dancing for red nose day thingie.0 -
lol all over - but another 5 minutes i reckon england may off ended up winning. well done the irish team:)0

Well done H on your efforts today & sorry it wasnt more visually rewarding, lula seriously considers renouncing her current nationality & locating some celtic heritage
Think you might be right clio & number 20 would never play another international game again if I was Martin Johnson .0 -
Evening all who are around. Good amount of money raised there Horace, bunny girl outfit next time - way to go you! :T
Went shopping in the end but only bought things I needed - moisturiser cos I'd run out - and it came with a free gift, and a new belt cos my jeans were falling down!:eek:A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
They should Lawrence Dellallio in charge instead because Martin Johnson was always a dirty player and he is passing these nasty tricks to the team:mad: I am still rooting for Wales in keeping with my welsh heritage:D
I have a question? Why can't wheel trims be made of material that is dirt coloured because it will save us having to clean themMind you, we cleaned some posh cars, some grotty ones, the odd motorbike and even a lovely old mini which got lots of love and attention. Still it was great fun and I got some free exercise:D Mind, I must be fitter than I thought as my mate who is 3 years younger than me has taken to her bed with aches and pains:rolleyes: I ache a bit but if I go to bed now I won't sleep.
Am secretly pleased that Jo Brand and her Britney Spears impersonation got through to the final of the comic relief dance thingy.:j0 -
Hello Tixy - looks like it's just you & me then, think Horace has earned her rest though ... no sign of clio & his pressure washer so think I'd better do it myself tomorrow0

Hi Lula. Its very quiet. Not even any trolls that want bashing:D . Might go to the next DFW meet when I'm not such a newbie -depending on where it is.
Its not even rained- sometimes my car is so bad I count rain as cleaning it. Wish I'd taken mine to the carwash today as now if I do it tomorrow I'll have to include it in the weekly spend challenge:rolleyes: Can't do it at home as my taps don't take a hosepipe.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
