Is there any contract when you change companies?

Options
Hello, at the moment i have pre pay meter for both gas and electricity. Its working out too much so im going to change to pay monthly.

Could i change to a company through quidco for a little while and then change again if the prices are cheaper somewhere else? Or is there some kind of contract.

Also, does anyone know if the meters cost any money to take out? I cant seem to find out.

Thanks

Individual companies will usually arrange to Credit Vet you. If you pass the meters can mostly be changed free of charge. If you fail they would request a security deposit. You can usually change suppliers when you want as you are not tied in.
