I remember being very worried at my second scan for my DS - as he talked thro every part of the baby but verbally crossing off a list of things that could go wrong with the baby - very upsetting!

With my second baby - I told them about my negative experience first time round and they were much better...

    Morning all!

2 days till pay day!!! Itchy fingers already...want to pay some debts off.

Managed to order £12 worth of love to shop vouchers from to1una, these will go towards buying a scanner/coppier so can start doing MSing..maybe, at some point ;). Already have £10 worth waiting.

Also checked my c1ao account, been member since early septembet 08 so almost a year, usually kicks me off surveys so have managed to accumulate a massive £3.90!! :rotfl:I think this survey site is not working for me and might leave it unless it dramatically improves for me.

Weather's not too great today, well it's only overcast, bit windy, so doubt will go to beach tonight and instead go to gym (last week) and do more ebay listings.

Hope all are well. :) Sorry to here the scan wasn't all you expected.

i'm so sorry you're scan wasn't what you thought it would be. some sonographers forget that it's an exciting/nervous time for the patients as it's so routine for them. like savingholmes i had a really bad experience with a scan i had (won't post details as not a happy ending story). the next time i had a scan (in a different hospital - refused to go back) i told them about it and they were fantastic. they took their time and explained it all. keep that it mind and tell them when you go for your 20 wk scan. that's so much better anyway cos you can see everything. and remember private scans are EXPENSIVE!!! post last weeks picture. we want to see.

  • Have done a couple of small extra payments £2.50 to A&L, £2.50 to Nationwide and £5 to Lloyds (these are for the Payment a Day challenge).

Won't be on here until next week now as we are off to Lithuania tomorrow, cabs coming at 11.30pm to take us to the airport (luckily it's only about 5 minutes up the road by car). There are 8 of us going including the baby so that will be fun. We have to get two flights, the first is 2 hrs 5 mins, the we have just over 3 hours wait for the next flight which is about 1hr 40 mins, we get into Vilnius at 00.05 so that will be fun with a 5, 4 and 1 year old plus all our bags, luckily my brother has arranged transport to take us to the hotel, not sure if he is meeting us at the airport or not, he is there already with his fiance and my aunt and her husband are there already too. Still got some things to put in the case and sort out my hand luggage and the kids hand luggage.

Anyway, am back late on Monday so will check back on Tuesday.

    Have a good trip TMD!

Tomorrow's pay day! God, I keep going on about that a bit, sorry....
But I'm soooo excited!! I'm gonna pay my Virgin cc in full!! I was thinking paying it in full tomorrow, then cancelling the dd in case it takes the minimum payment on 21st even if I've paid all of it. What do you think?
