    I cure PMT with many, many forms of carbs: chocolate, wine, crisps, fresh bread, toast and jam/golden syrup, mashed potato, etc, etc

    That and sobbing gently to myself under the covers

    My GP suggested that I focus on non-refined carbs when I have PMT (:rolleyes:) so I made sure that at that time I use brown rice and wholemeal bread :D, Oh and dark chocolate. lol

    ETA: if you keep on eating you don't get the lull anyway - lol

    He had been flirting most the night and then he offered to escort me home as I was a little tiddly lol
