I cure PMT with many, many forms of carbs: chocolate, wine, crisps, fresh bread, toast and jam/golden syrup, mashed potato, etc, etc
That and sobbing gently to myself under the covers
My GP suggested that I focus on non-refined carbs when I have PMT (:rolleyes:) so I made sure that at that time I use brown rice and wholemeal bread, Oh and dark chocolate. lol
