its going ok, i've been trying to work on my nutrition this past week, with no carbs which was painful, and then having burst cysts, even more painful, I wasnt really pushing for any achievement.....
Will be running again on tuesday, tomorrow is a rest day....:)Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
What inspired the no carbs?
I've always found lowish carb and avoid too much processed carbs have worked well for me but feel dreadful if I try the full none option
What program are you following? I used the running made easy book and did find it incredibly easy given that I'd always hated running at school etc.
Hope the ovaries stop playing you up.Looking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier

yeah theyve calmed down now quite a bit...
Ive just been trying to run for 7, walk for 2 and do that for my track which is about 3 miles long, and then work toward running for 10, walking for 2 etc and build up my endurance of running before lengthening distance or working on time.
I've mostly just found stuff on the internet, and used that
The no carbs thing came from a conv with my boss and the seminar leader on my trip away to spain. I have a serious carb habit.... an addiction, without being overly dramatic it was immense.
None has been hard and Im sure Ive had carbs in some form but both DH and I now have a plan to work toward which my boss was helping us come up with earlier on today which is good.
Im great at lists, just need to actually put them into action!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
Running plan sounds good. IS the 10K associated with work too?
Good luck with curing the carb addiction. I have a friend who went cold turkey felt dreadful for few weeks then said was great - I can just never survive the first few weeks :rotfl:Looking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier
