    Mmm bounty I love it!!!

Am a bit better now. Having homemade potato & leek soup, ham sandwiches, olives and some pepsi. That's my cure!

my god I cant leave you lot alone for 5 hours without you all resorting to alcohol and fry ups!!!!

I went on a mammoth task to find cheap as chips plant pots, and needed a £1 shop, which I had to trek 20 miles to find, but managed to get a free train ride there and back (was prepared to buy my ticket I add!) and found nada, but it meant I was walking about a lot and got plenty of reading done on the train....

and then just done a bit of tidying in the garden....

How pants was that?! Trying to up my post count and didn't manage a single one all day yesterday

Sounds like everyone has been having fun. Very impressed with all the activity CAFC but not so sure about El vampira!!

I think I had sympathy disturbed sleep with SH. On Friday night just couldn't drop off then eneded up going to sleep at about 5am to be woken by friend at 10am asking where I was as she was at Costas waiting for me

Ended up being quite a bright day here so spent most of it pottering about in the city and sitting in friends garden.

I really miss having a garden. My rented flat has a balcony so not good for veggie growing although did get a bargain book called "crops in pots" Must try harder. It'll be easy enough to grow some salad veggies.

Anyway off to find lots of threads need short pithy comments from yours truly!

    Happy Sunday

I've got a raft of herbs on my kitchen window sill but I have to be careful as the direct light does over do them sometimes.

Its quite nifty in that it designs themed pots that look pretty and make a meal. So there various salad pots which you grow look pretty and work togather as a meal. Only problem is I have small balcony I also like to sit on so only room for a couple of pots :rotfl:

could you do any as hanging baskets and put them into the wall, or as window boxes over the side of the balcony so you've still got floor space....

Lease state no hanging or window boxes in case improperly fixed and could brain the person on the terrace 4 floors below :rotfl:

I have seen a nice metal stand with four shelves that could lean against the wall - I''ve got to take some measurements but it could work well :T
