can a corgi registered technician physically cut off my gas supply and use a compression fitting stop end on a mains gas pipe?
this man was supposed to be servicing my boiler, which had been working without fault.

Can you give us more information? ie why he said it had to be capped, also what was written on the warning notice he gave you. Are you an expert on boilers? You said it had been working without fault..............might have been but is it safe?0
