Mobile phone ...Help needed

I have a NEC 411i i-mode phone and i have some how lost the battery cover to it. I have tried speaking to both O2 and NEC but to no avail ( they really don't seem to care) does anyone know how i can get my hands on one or who to contact to get one.

if theres any large mobile phone stores in your area go in and see if the dummy phones battery cover is the same and try asking nicely you never know.

Thanks ... i had thought of that and even went into my local O2 shop ...they didn't want to know .... so may try the link etc etc later this week...

I hate to sugest it, but have you tried Mastercare: https://www.mastercare.co.uk you never know!? Otherwise, there is the usenet group "uk.telecom.mobile" here: http://groups.google.com/group/uk.telecom.mobile?hl=en the participants of which maybe able to offer a sugestion.
