At least your not out of pocket like some many others who had problems.

I would still say it was a successful outcome.

I know the feeling about hassle, i would prefer to pay for a service that works, and get it for free after lots of complaints, i had to go though it with BT over my line rental.

Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
