Fred Olsen Just Cancelled This Weekends Cruise
Comments

Did a search, seems it's quite normal for Fred no-conscience Olsen. Also, the terms and conditions are extremely one-sided- if we cancelled within 5 days of the cruise, we lose everything. Do they seriously think we would want to book another one, even with 25% off?!? (money is not everything)0

but we were also scheduled to be on that trip. Got to say not impressed  We've had the cheque refund but as of yet not the refund for the hotel (which is being processed - apparently).
I too think the offer of 25% off is crazy particularly as they have restricted it to 7 days only. Have you seen how many cruises they have under 7 days??? That's assuming we would ever want to risk booking with them again.
We've never travelled with them before, in fact the only cruise ship we have been on is the QE2 so I think it's back to Cunard for us:rolleyes:0
