yeah maybe that is true but with reference to general holidays which the discussion came about this does apply, if you do fly schedule ie BA or someone then yes this is included, but 9 times out of ten you will be either low cost or charter

I have got a grip thanks, but as an experienced travel worker you really should get your facts right, if you are trying to help.

You did specifically say every airline that was the problem

None of which helps the OP, the facts remain IMO the website should have advised those charges before confirmation

if you are a travel agent yourself i would be very desperate to book through yourself with the attitude you have towards people you aint met or spoke to before

The link in one of your posts to a travel website with the same abat number that is in your signature.

I am not touchy and I am not a travel agent.

I only changed my attitude when I was told to get a grip, something I wouldnt say to someone i have never met.

Everyone should be on here to help, but only by posting correct info and not IMO trying to feather their own nest

Just to add I have been on here 4 years been thanked many times and dont think I have ever been told to get a grip

as i am a travel agent i think i should therfore know more about the business than someone who doesnt work in travel im book lots of flights every day majority of airlines do charge

this is really not the case sloppychops, all i was saying is stuff about the baggage, and indicating that whilst booking flights on a very regular basis that airlines do charge, not scheduled yes but all charter and low cost do

everytime i responded someone had to pull apart what i was trying to say. Im sure that in the responses i had gave you can see that i meant holiday flights

sorry if i have caused offence but honest i dont want to upset anyone and wanted to give some input on the subject.

Your still saying all charter flights though and this is not true.My last 2 flights to Malta and Turkey were charter flights and and we got 20kgs baggage per person as standard no extras to pay.
