The form should detail good and bad days and how many of each, not just your worst days as that could be misleading.0 -

I agree but i would try and not mention 'good day' as this may go against you in your claim, just try and detail what you can do on a 'good' day but trying not to put too much emphasis on 'good'. Just explain what you can/can't do on these days and what you can/can't do on the very bad days. A lot of people suggest making a diary and sending this off with your claims.0
