You obviously dont have you card reader gadget yet then...

I find it hard work to use my own account with the security put in place so guess your hackers are going to have their work cut out

That's a good point. Anybody else not received their card reader yet? I still haven't got mine and my account has been open 2 years!

I have my card reader. Good widget and adds another level of security especially with all the phishing scams around. Some of them are very good and could easily mislead people.

I actually got my one some time ago now, perhaps a year ago or must be around that, they been on the go that long?

I know my other half never got hers until say 4 months ago.

My father also received his about the same time as I did.

It is a good gadget but important to remember your pin, it's 3 strikes and your out I believe.

Not if you are semi wise to whats going on, or even if you were to follow one golden rule....'my bank will not email me'

And if they do, I wont click anything
  • I managed to log in fine yesterday, but I got an error message when I tried to log out. I went back in a short while later, and it all worked just fine.

I also had this yesterday and was concerned that I may not have been logged out so I went back in again and logged out. Same thing happened again. Not been the sharpest knife in the drawer on the tech savvy front, I must admit that I was a trifle concerned.

I just logged on after reading your post. No problems for me, and accounts showing.
