I need a cashback deal on mobile but I dont have a switch card- only visa electron!

Hi
I only have a Visa Electron card and I am trying to apply for a cashback deal on a phone. I understand I need a switch or credit card to apply for most- does anyone know any decent companies that I can apply through with my Visa Electron?
