Where to buy a cheap halogen heater

I've spent some time looking at all the heating options and have decided I need a halogen heater. Im living in a very small flat and so have to put my desk is on the landing outside. Its starting to get quite cold in the evenings and it makes sense to get a small halogen heater which I can put near me (maybe even on the desk) to give some direct heat.
I was wondering whether anyone knows where I can pick one up for cheap. Argos have them for £34 and on amazon they are £18 but I've seen some people say they got them for ~£10. Ideally, it needs to be quite small and not that powerful (no need for more than 800W). It would also be good if it had some sort of cut out switch in case it falls over etc.
Thanks
