I bought an item off someone and got an email through for them saying that it has been dispatched and then at the end said they would leave feedback through an automated system. I have looked at the feedback they have left for others and there are about five different comments which they seem to randomly pick to leave, they do have a feedback score of over 10,000 though! They also said that it would be a full time job for someone if they didn't use the automated system!

Yeah, eBay's Seller Manager Pro will do that for you. I'm spending between 30 mins to 2 hours a day at the mo doing feedback, sending out invoices, Payment Received notices, Item Dispatched e-mails, Feedback, etc. so an automated system is looking more and more enticing.

It fluctuates, but usually somewhere between 25 and 80.
