WARNING: Tesco Misleading Packaging

I know its not Tesco but Sainsbury's love trying to stop people from getting things cheaper.
A couple of months ago they had some frozen chicken breasts on offer for £2.99, usually £5.99, and when we saw them the other week there was no price on it. So we got someone to check the price (which took 10 minutes). It was £2.99
. We bought 4 of them lol.
Also on their fruit and veg they try to conufuse people. The individual prices are shown by weight, but the multipack bags tell you how much each fruit is worth. This makes it confusing if you're trying to work out what's cheaper, individual or multipack. You have to find the weight of the bag and do some maths!0 -

How exactly are they going to do this and how would they justify it?tescowhilstleblower wrote: »Tesco are going to charge customers who use the kiosk to pay for fuel with thier card on their new chip and pin enabled forecourts is this true?
My local Tesco put chip & pin on the forecourt a few weeks back and I think it's a lot easier. But strangely I always see a huge queue of people waiting to pay in the kiosk. Same in Argos - 3 empty quick-pay tills and a massive queue at the counter.
Strange if you ask me. But then I don't like queuing.0 -
The flaw with the pay at pump is the 5p off a litre coupon - you have to use the kiosk to redeem it !0
