Does Anyone Know How To Get Your Credit Back If Your Mobile Company Make You Reregister, My Dad Hardly Uses His Phone And Twice Now They Have Frozen His Account, Charged To Restart It And Kept Any Credit That Was Left On His Account When Frozen, We Need Help To Stop Them Doing This Thanks

  • With pay as you go sim cards company's usually have a time scale in which, if the mobile isn't used (a call made, a text) it will be put into hibernation, or cancelled. I don't know all the time scales for each network but i'm sure t-mobiles about 180 days. Your dad just has to send a text or make a call to keep the line active. Phone the mobile provider to ask for the details. Hopefully that will stop them suspending the line in the future
